Systematic planning methodology
Positioning
Systematic planning methodology is a research and work method of OVU summarized from the decade-long practice against the common planning problems “from project to city, from city to project, macro- and micro- interaction, from project operation to planning thinking”. It adheres to the combination of macro vision and micro experience, of industrial planning and space planning, the dynamic coordination between the customized needs of cornerstone enterprises and standardized architectural design, and the mutual promotion between innovation ecosystem and industrial ecosystem.
It refers to an overall and systematic planning strategy explored in the practice of industrial park planning and construction. Starting from the needs and conditions of regional economic development, it aims to build an industrial ecosystem and comprehensive operation service scenarios, and plans a variety of specialties in an overall way to truly realize the “multiple plans in one” organization method, thereby improving the efficiency of industrial organization and achieving high-quality development.
The basic principle of its planning is: integrate relevant planning tasks in an orderly way under the guidance of strategic goals, with industrial development as the starting point, the planning and construction of space carrier as the foothold, following the macro requirements of the park operation.
