Introduction
In February 2018, OVU proposed the strategic goal of building a leading “industrial resource sharing platform” in China. The platform fully integrates technology, talents, markets, policies, finance, and other resources with an efficient industrial organization method and comprehensive industrial service capabilities, using digital technology to implement scenario connection and industrial interconnection, realize resource empowerment and platform empowerment, maximize social value, and build the application foundation of modern digital cities.
In October 2018, version 1.0 of the “Industrial Resource Sharing Platform” was unveiled at the main venue of the “National Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week” in Chengdu, which is focused on the accumulation of industrial elements.
In May 2019, at the 2nd Digital China (Fuzhou) Summit, OVU released version 2.0 of the “Industrial Resource Sharing Platform”, which relies on the new-generation network information technology of CEC to focus on building the indicator formed from three capabilities: digital dual space, clustering of innovation elements, and construction of new energies with cross-regional industry collaboration.

December 2018
The “Industrial Resource Sharing Platform” was listed as a “Typical Case of Sharing Economy” by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
February 2019
The “Industrial Resource Sharing Platform” was successfully listed among typical cloud application cases of enterprise's migration to cloud selected by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and became the only representative among the recommended Central enterprises.
